Stationary
Stationery is one of the most visible and most frequently used forms of communication. Stationery provides an introduction, an impression and a continuing point of contact. All College letterhead, envelopes and business cards are to be standardized bearing the Yakima Valley College logo to provide consistent institutional identity. All printed stationary requests are to be coordinated through the Print Shop.
The primary purpose of the information on college and department letterhead is to share information for responses. The template includes department name, mailing address, website, and phone number. Letterhead is not to be personalized for individual employees. Business cards are the appropriate place for such personalized information.

Business cards are the appropriate place for such personalized information. The standards for envelopes with the return address printed are largely dictated by requirements from the U.S. Postal Service. Should you have questions, please contact the Print Shop.
