Proctored Student Testing Locations

Proctored Student Testing is for students requiring a test for a YVC course, TEAS testing for nursing (Deccio Only), or a test for another college that must be completed within a monitored computer lab during normal lab hours.

Tests must begin at least one hour prior to the Computer Lab closing.

YVC Placement Testing

  • The Computer Labs require students to have their Student ID cards displayed while they are in the computer labs.
  • Computer Labs follow the college calendar for holiday closures.
  • No children are allowed in the Computer Labs.
  • No test will be started within an hour of lab closing.
  • Be sure to log off computer when you have finished.
  • Cell phones and other mobile devices are to be turned off or on silent mode while in the centers.  Calls must be taken outside the lab.
  • Foods and drinks are not allowed in the centers.
  • All lab computers periodically restore hard drives to their original configuration. Be sure to save any of your important files on an external drive.
