Do you want to improve your English speaking, reading and writing skills? The Toppenish Learning Center offers English Language Acquisition (ELA) classes for adults with no or limited English skills.
The Toppenish Learning Center, located at 720 West Third Avenue, is open this Fall Quarter Monday – Thursday from 9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Classes begin September 23.
