This summer Yakima Valley College was excited to open a new Conference and Events Center on the West Yakima Campus. The Conference Center offers the community a variety of options from small group meeting rooms to the main conference room that can hold up to 336 people or be divided into smaller rooms.
“The Conference Center offers Yakima Valley College and the Yakima Valley amazing small and large meeting and event spaces with the latest state of the art technology,” stated YVC’s Director of Auxiliary Services Brady Mugleston. “For example, a presenter can arrive at conference room and present straight from their phone or laptop within minutes. There are even areas that can host outdoor functions. I think users will greatly enjoy their meeting experience.”
The conference center also includes an outdoor event garden, is equipped with the latest technology, and features convenient parking.
In addition to the West Campus Conference Center, YVC offers the use of classrooms, computer labs, and outdoor spaces for rental across the Yakima and Grandview campuses.
